      Help me out here.

After reading the loose definitions of a pro tour car, will this qualify.
Upgraded 4 wheel drum brakes to front discs/rear drums, upgraded suspension system/sway bars, bushing etc. 16" lightweight wheels from heavy 15", minor performance mods to 400hp from 310hp. Creature comforts are stock, A/C, power steering, seats, sound, windows, etc. Performance and handling will be greatly improved from stock. Will be driven daily.

Sounds Pro-Touring to me. Build the car the way you want, though; don't worry about conformity.
