      What is the car covered in? epoxy primer? ...

      Yes its epoxy primer.
      My buddy who has been in the autobody business siad to use it.
      He said at a recent meeting with RM that they were recommnding to stop using etching primer cause they found that it may cause rust do to the fact that some acid that etches the metal never dries and just continues to etch.
