Upper arm setup...need help
My entire suspension is set up, except the upper arm. I need to know if it would be ok to run a 1" aluminum block between the upper arm and the shock tower in order toget my geometry in the right area. originally i was planning on making a complicated sheetmetal bracket, but the 1"block/shim would be much easier. I am mainly worried about the arm being mounted so far off the tower in single shear.
mustangs are cars too (wimper)
