As Im sure youre painfully aware thats too low for a fresh motor. What was the pressure when you first fired it up before putting 300 miles on it. Higher, lower, same? Have you cut the oil filter apart to look for debri? If so whatd you find?
what could be some of my problems ?
Verify elec gauge is correct by swapping in a mechanical gauge.
Main/rod/cam bearings damaged or wrong clearances.
Bypass in the oil pump stuck open (only seen this once).
One or more of the oil galley plugs behind the cam gear has flipped or completely blown out.
GMC Syclone (currently wrecked thanks to the typical rubber headed VA driver not paying attention to his red stop light...oh and he didnt have insurance either)

I think this is relatively common for a motor that has been assembled with loose clearances. I would get the engine builder's recommendation on how to proceed. After checking the basics, you may want to try a different oil viscosity (perhaps 15W-50) that is designed for looser clearances before tearing it apart. I've also heard of people experiencing this problem when running a Fram filter - but I have no idea why.
