CHP STS Turbo Part 2 story
I was reading the second part of the STS Turbo install on an LS1 F-body in Chevy High Performance. There were a couple typos and my quarter mile math isnt great so I was hoping someone might be able to clear this up for me.
They listed the "1-mile" times which I assume were actually 1/4 as 13.31 stock, 11.98 at 5 psi boost, and 11.78 at 10psi of boost with "methanol kit." The MPH for each was 102, 115, and 119 respectively.
The horse power/torque graph shows a gain of 80hp and it looks like 98ft-lbs with the 10 psi kit.
Is the 2 tenths and 4 mph correct?
I was thinking maybe the 10psi should have read 10.78?
