      RS headlight doors not closing

OK, I have ensured that the entire body, frame, engine are all grounded. The doors open and lights come on, however when you push the headlight switch in, the doors don't close and the lights stay on. Any ideas? I have brand new motors, brand new wiring harness (Painless 18 circuit) and I have the painless RS headlight relay kit. I think I am going crazy with this wiring! Need help.

I installed the Painless kit awhile back, but I remember that you need to have grounds at each circuit. You see painless doesn't put a ground on their harness, so basically you have wire in a separate ground for each circuit. So when you pull the switch on, (power on) it turns on the lights. Although, when you push the switch off, you need to have another (ground) wire to turn it off. Painless doesn't really say that in their instructions, but a friend of mine that has wired his 1969 Camaro with the painless wiring told me about that.
