      Piston Rin Removal

      Hey guys-
I'm in the process of rebuilding my Chevy Big Block for my 68' Camaro (the engine is from a 67' Chevelle). I'd like to dissassemble the pistons/rods. Anyone ever taken the piston pins out of the piston/rod assem., or know how to? I seem to be having some difficulty here. Most sites say that there should be a clip holding the pin in place (in other engine types), but these pistons don't use that method. I've tried heating it up then tapping the pin out w/a wooden dowel and a hammer. Any suggestions? Thanks!
