Hello everyone. Any suggestions on who builds reliable LS engines.
Looking to buy a new LS. Any good builders that anyone has experience with.
Its Going in my 67 Chevelle.

I had a local shop help with my build that I spec'd out but depending which part of the country you're in you might want to contact some of these people and speak to them about your needs, I don't have any personal experience with any of them so do your research here.

I used https://clevelandpap.com/product-cat...gine-packages/ for my project. The engine and trans come on a pallet with everything needed to make it work in your car. Engine, trans, wiring, computer, fuel tank with pumps and line, instruments, even the steering column and pedals. Their GM offerings are pretty light right now and are mainly 4x4s but they normally have half a dozen V8 setups from 2WDs.

https://swaptheuniverse.com/product-category/gm-chevy/ would be my alternative, although I've not used them for anything yet. They're a bit more expensive, but you can get different transmissions with the engine instead of just what came out of the car. Same deal, comes with everything needed to make it run. Right now they have a supercharged LSA for 15 grand, add an auto for 2 grand or a 6 speed manual for 3 grand. They'll also do extra work like reprogram the ECM or add AFM delete kits for a price.
