Spring Rate On My Daily?

Hi. I'm new here. This is my First Post. I know nothing about suspensions (or about of anything else if you exclude tequila), and I have always considered suspension tuning a "dark art" that is best left to the experts. But I'm a car (and motorcycle) guy, and I hate to let anyone touch my car, even if it is just a beat-up daily driver. So, I'm here to learn about suspension and see if I can maybe upgrade what I have.

My question for today is this: Does anyone here happen to know what the spring rate is on stock springs (front and rear) on a 2013 Honda Fit Base Model with manual transmission? I am unable to find this information on the Internet. It may be marked on the spring itself, but I did not see it the last time I had the wheels off.
