C-10 rear disc conversion

I'm helping my brother in law build his 82 C-10 and he recently acquired a 05 Tahoe for an engine/trans donor. I was thinking we could grab the rear disc brake set up as well but remembered the Tahoe is 6-lug. My question is, are the Tahoe brake brackets adaptable to the C-10 and is there a 5x5 lug pattern rotor that will work with the Tahoe brakes. He's trying to do this build as budget friendly as possible so If it can't be done in a budget friendly manner he'll move on. Both of us are capable of basic fabrication but have no ability to do any machine work.
