      Newbie

Hello there, I haven’t gotten on any forums in a long time and thought that I would check out this site and see what is going on these days. I have a 1999 Trans Am LSX that is fully built from the ground up. I have owned this car for over 17yrs now and I have put in a lot of money over those years, probably too much. I bought it fully built but have changed a lot on the car. It was built with a Q9 GM block that was built by Hardcore Racing that the original owner had installed and the complete build done by them, but that motor blew up on me and I put an LSX built motor in the car. I have been taking this car to Cruisin OC in Ocean City MD for the 17yrs that I’ve had it when it wasn’t stuck in the shop. I have had to put about $20k in it in the last 7yrs and just about everything is new now, but unfortunately I’m pondering lately on if I should sell it or not. I have always felt like I’d have it forever. Hoping to see some goods reads in here and cars!

Welcome to the forum! I have a 73 Pontiac Firebird Formula that I am about to start a build on, but I am also going back and forth whether I should sell it and then just build my 78 C10... Either way, I will be building a vehicle, and yes, spending way to much money on either one or both!

Thanks, and good luck with which other route you decide to go, sounds like you can’t loose either way 🤩
