Stock 402BB Chevy Need Carb Suggestion

I have a stock 402BB in Chevy C20 3/4 Ton w/ Turbo400AT And 4.56 gears in rear. Will change to hedman headers and flowmasters 2.5inch soon. Which carb size Demon or Holley would be best for good gas milage and performance?

      current cruiser: "The green machine"

'70 Impala 4drht, 26K original miles, 2" drop springs and large swaybars, drives pretty good for a land yahct in the middle of an ls1 swap, but thinking about changing directions to a duramax diesel swap.
