      Timing problem?

Need help. I'm at my wit's end. I have a 1962 Nova convertible with a LS2 out of a 2006 GTO. The engine has been in the car for over 10 years with numerous changes and upgrades. About 5 years ago, I installed an LSA supercharger and the car ran fine for about a year. Had it Dyno tuned and everything. Began having hard starting issues when the ambient temperature was below 45 degrees. I had several tuners look at it but couldn't find anything. Thought the wiring may be the issue or possibly the old E40 ECM. Decided to go with the Haltech Nexus Rebel system. After installing and doing the basic setup, the car still didn't want to start. We did get it started a few times but it ran very poorly. Did three remote tech sessions with Haltech and they finally threw in the towel and said I had a timing issue. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. I installed a new GM timing chain set when I installed the supercharger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Given the symptoms, potential causes include:
      - Incorrect timing chain installation or tensioning
      - Faulty crankshaft or camshaft position sensors
      - Corrupted or incorrect engine calibration in the Haltech system

Double-check the timing chain installation and sensor wiring.
Consult a trusted engine builder or tuner familiar with LS engines and Haltech systems for guidance.
