Pontiac Radiator Mounts

I'm looking at swapping my 69 Pontiac Tempest over to electric fans. Anyone with a 68-72 Tempest, Lemans, GTO with electric fans have any recommendations or pictures of what your using for upper radiator mounts since the factory fan shroud has the radiator mounts integrated.

You would need something like this to hold the radiator in place.

These are universal, not an exact fit, but will give you an idea of what you need. Your factory shroud has the same sort of retainer, only made of plastic and molded in. If you use these, you'll need to modify things to make them fit. If you have any metal skills at all you can probably make some.

thanks i was looking a some similar things. Just wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas. I’m leaning towards some radiator mounts for a C10 that might be pretty close with a bit of modification.

Does your core support have mounting holes on top like a Cutlass or Chevelle?

I designed my own top plate and had it made by Send Cut Send, works great!
