      QA1 Suspension Setup

I have. 68 Chevelle with an LS3 and QA1 level 3 suspension. Has dual adjustable shocks front and rear. I’m trying to find that sweet spot for the compression and rebound setup. I’m afraid I don’t remember the spring rates. I would like the car to handle like it’s on rails. I’m appealing to those that may have track time with these cars and have found that perfect setting.

      Thanks in advance

The perfect setting doesn't exist. It is a moving target based on surface, conditions, and supporting parts. Most importantly, it is user specific.

I always start in the middle and adjust from there based on what I want the car to do differently. If you don't know what you want the car to do or are unsure, just turn some knobs and see what happens. Jot down some notes as you go so you can go back to something you liked or never try again something you didn't.
