      Transmission won't shift?

My 2004r transmission will not shift into any gear. I was out driving on a normal cruise, gave it about half throttle, it downshifted and there was a loud clunk and thud and it was instantly like it was a neutral. Could not get it to shift into any gear after that. Trans fluid looks like new, no metal or metallic in it at all. Pulled the pan, nothing in there either. Torque converter is brand new. I snapped a couple pictures but everything from the pan side looks okay to me but I'm not super familiar with automatics. Anyone have any suggestions or anything that I could check? Trying to see if possibly it's a simple fix or something more major.

Have you checked for main line oil pressure? The pump may have broken the pump rotor.

Or: Since the transmission will not engage and move forward or backwards? I suspect the overdrive hub splines broke. Could also be the converter turbine hub splines broke. Either one of those will stop movement
