ECM Connector lock pin broke. Repairable??
Got my 6.0 LQ9 and painless harness going in and when i went to lock in the 2nd connector the locking pins on the outside broke due to weathering or old plastic.
Is this repairable? Or do I need a new ECM and go through the hassle of tuning it for the trans again? Im keeping the motor stock since its just going in my overland setup k15 squarebody.
I'm thinking i can re-solder a new connector in but this doesnt seem very common either. My other setups in my trans am a drift truck are terminator x and a proflo4 and i was trying to keep this build minimal if possible and stay with the stock ECM.
