Hood or header panel problem 67 Camaro SS

I have almost all new sheetmetal on the front of my RS and after adjusting the hood all the way forward I have a 3/8” gap between the front of the hood and the header panel. The only original sheet metal is the header panel, lower valence and the lower fender extensions. Not sure how to fix this...Name: 5CA0ADEC-CB75-401E-81B9-8D6DA6C4A7E1.jpg

The sheet metal in the front isn’t playing nice in general. But the header panel and hood are the most obvious. Name: 953AE283-1065-4763-B389-D703DEB539FF.jpg

Fender to Header fit is not great on the drivers side.

I would try slotting the holes on the hinges to allow the hood to move forward.

I agree with Don, how big is the gap at the top of the hood?

Some of the other gaps in the pics are so tight that once you get primer and paint on they will be too tight.
Also it looks like the doors aren't on. I have been told to get the doors on with good rear quarter and rocker gaps. Then work forward with front fenders. Get the hood squared up to the fenders with good gaps.
