I might be done with Summit Racing

I still use Summit because Jegs has gone completely to crap since they were bought out. They really don’t give a damn about customer service anymore. It’s a shame what has happened to them. They routinely ship the wrong parts and then make it nearly impossible to return them.

Looks like I jinxed myself. Summit has taken to putting my parts in the US mail. Takes five days to travel 50 miles instead of overnight with UPS. I think I need to start using other vendors if that is the kind of service they are going to deliver.

Don, you can have Summit use UPS instead of the government run piece of crap, you just have to tell them, and Yes 5-7 days to go from Georgia to Florida, told them I could of drove there and been back,

USPS is real trouble, talked to my carrier, and she said its just not in Florida its everywhere, nothing moves it just sits, USPS should be for letters ONLY...... Useless...

Looks like Summit is back to their "waa you might be a robot trying to steal copies of our page so you can't look unless you prove you're a people" ways, so I am done with them. I don't care if they do have robots looking at their page, maybe robots want to go fast too. Jegs has never had this problem, so off I go to their site from now on.
