67 Camaro up grade thoughts

We are starting a suspension upgrade on a 67 Camaro convertible, now with a mono rear leaf, and I need some feedback if you don't mine. Here's where I'm at for parts. The car is in very good condition and we are going to fully restore to a sweet weekend cruiser once the suspension is completed.

Viking A234-450t up front
Viking B222 on the rear
BMR SP057 rear multi leaf w/ GW del a lum shackle setup
SPC 94305 upper a arm w/tall bj
Stock lower a arm w/ GW del a lum bushings & standard bj
Tall outer tie rod end

Shocks, leaf & springs are setup for a 2" drop 2 1/2" would be more desirable though.
I do need some good suggestions on rear leaf perches and spacers if we want to lower the rear further.
