Can a MAT sensor be installed where that port is coming out?
It looks removable

I generally recommend putting the MAT sensor into the intake tube, ahead of the throttle body.

You can drill into the tube and tap it for 1/2" NPT. There is also an alternative sensor that slips into a rubber grommet, so you can make a hole in silicone elbow ahead of the TB. Originally Posted by Sinnister69
