      King bearings, any feedback?

My Dad is gathering parts for his 331" early hemi, and has two choices for main bearings: Clevites that are $200/set (mains only!), or King bearings at nearly half the price. I've never used King bearings, so I'm looking for feedback on them.

      This will be roughly 600hp with a 6-71 @ 8psi.

The annecular King bearings are nice with really high embedibility.

If it was me I wouldn't skimp on bearings.

We have been running Kings in our street racers now for years. Both of them get lots of street wear and tear, and heavy hits of notrous at the track, well in in the 900HP range. last time we tore down the JustBringIt car, we had at least a couple thousand miles, and 150+ hard runs, and we reused the bearings! its got another few thousand miles and too many runs, Pressures all still look perfect
