      Starting 489 cid stroker project

I have decided to build a stroker instead of a crazy 7000 rpm finicky beast, something thats more mellow to drive but more power and a flatter curve. The idea is 575 horsepower but no more than 5500 rpm and more mellow in traffic.

Here's the build, should be fun!

      - 4.25 stroke / 4.277 bore for 488 cid
      - 21 cc reverse dome Diamond pistons for 10.5:1, .005 in the hole, .046 total quench distance
      - H beam rods, 6.7 inches long
      - Cam custom grind Intake 282 adv/240 @ .050/.605 lift, Exhaust 294 adv/244 @ .050/.615 lift, 110 LSA, on a 106 Intake C/L, 1.76 rockers
      - Edelbrock RPM intake, ported
      - Edelbrock RPM heads Keith Craft ported, then additional clean up locally, 2.15 intake, 1.67 exhaust, true 72cc chamber, max flow at .600 is 314 cfm intake, 220 exhaust
      - 1000 cfm HP series vacuum secondary carb
      - 34 inch coated Hooker headers, 1 7/8 primary, 3.5 inch collectors
      - Full exhaust to bumper 3 inch with H-pipe 3 chamber Flowmasters
      - TKO-600 5 speed, 2.87 1st gear, .68 OD
      - 3.70's / 27 inch tall tire

Pics to come as it evolves, all it is is a bruise on the credit card until the parts show up! Replacing my standard stroke 427 in this:
