      C4 brake upgrade to C6 Z51?

Hey all, I just bough Speedtech spindles and Kore C6 Z51 brakes for the front of my Cutlass. The rear has vintage Baer 12" C4 brakes, they are old but only have 500 miles on them and work fine. Would it be worth it to upgrade to either standard C6 or Z51 rears as well? It's destined just be a street car with maybe some occasional track use thrown in. Thanks!

I’m OCD and C6 on the front and Baers on the back would drive me crazy if they didn’t visually look right together. I personally would get the matching rears even though I don’t think there is a performance advantage.

They would work fine from a function and performance standpoint for your application.

Agreed. The older Baer set-up works just fine and the piston area on the rear is a good match for the front.
