      Rear diff brackets?

I have a 1966 Chevelle narrowed frame 6 inches Bought a 9" ford to put in it out of a 1972 Torino in the process of narrowing it. Any tips/pointers on how to locate the brackets I have the kit from currie but do not have a stock diff to measure from any advice will help thanks

just a tip, don't narrow the rear end too much and don't do it for the deep dish look all that will do is add leverage from the wheel offset and cause deflection and piston knock back.

I am using 17 x 10 5 inch back spaced I just got done welding every thing up centered braced the rear to the frame then located all the brackets put some strong tacks then removed and full welded I am happy with the result. When I bought the car 12years ago the tires rubbed 14 x 9 fenton mags with 245/61/14's plan on running 315/35/17 thanks for responding
