1969 Camaro Firewall install

Aloha everyone,

I am in the process of rebuilding my 1969 Camaro. But I do need help from experts on this forum. I have never done this before. Any guidance will be very appreciated.



I took the entire firewall out due to rust damage. Now I am trying to reinstall the firewall and I know i need to line up the brake pedal assembly to the firewall but it is very critical for the bottom alignment holes and where the body mounts attach to the sub frame to be lined up perfectly?
I did build a body jig for the car.
Second the firewall is after market and on the bottom side on the edges where the firewall meets the floor pan and the rockers just doesnt seem to line up and fit.

Please help.
