Lokar emergency brake

Hi, I’m looking for some feedback on the Lokar under dash foot operated emergency brake, specifically when used with Wilwood rear discs with internal drum parking brake.

I like this one better, it's push on, push off, a truckload less expensive and works better I feel. It is also easier to install but your trim guy will have to build a box around it on the kick panel. Like anything, that can be as awesome or simple as you would like.
