The car looks great, Ron! A few people have questioned it's status over the past couple of months, so I'm sure they'll be glad to see the update. Nice work.

Aw-ite here's some more....You ask and you shall receive...

All pipes are going to be sent over to Jet Hot to get coated. I was going to get chromed, but as you can see from the blue tint, Chrome won't stand a chance. I like the heat reduction as well.

I have not dyno'd it yet, but it pulls like a bat out of He$$. I'm guessing 650hp. It'll start to spin the 335's on the freeway in 3rd (4.5Krpm@ 65mph) Pulls very hard to 7K. This is just with 8-10 psi of boost. Will go to 15 psi. Wicked Fast. It's so damn cool!

Welcome back, Ron. We'd been wondering what happened to you.

Nice to see the progress on your car, too.

Although I haven't updated my website in a long time. (I need to get off my A$$) been very busy. It will have all the info. on the engine and suspension.
      Ron's 68 Camaro

I changed over to the Accel DFI air gap Intake, Accel DFI 1200 CFM throttle body and the Banks upper box to bring it all together. More air flow to 7K rpm.

The custom Ron Davis Radiator/Intercooler set-up works fantastic and Tim has always been great to work with. (PLUG)
It has been cool out, but I never see anything over 115 deg at the intake manifold. The engine temps are always at 190.

I wasn't sure on the side pipes, but I needed 3" exhaust and it would have been fun to get under the car and route around the 5 link. One thing they do is give the car is a lower look.

How dare you rip the soul out of that Chevrolet and insert that POS FORD engine!

I am joking of course and pocking a little fun at the thread in the open discussion forum.

BTW this thread is worthless without video.

Clint, you're welcome to the sidepipes off my Elky if you want them. I'd love to not have them.

I reckon they're not the style pipes you're looking for though.

My car is probably too low for sidepipes,Derek. The exhaust system on the car now is pretty decent and all it lacks is running it through the rockers. Just too poor and lazy to take the car to my custom exhaust builder in Houston and have it finished.

Damn True, I was looking around for the template with no luck. Stack has 4 push buttons to toggle through the functions of the dash. I placed 2 on each side of the steering column under the dash for easy access. Works very nice.

      That's awesome Ron!

And I have a feeling you will be pushing it to the limit out on the track. I would second the vote to see more motor pictures. Those little 302's with turbo's are awesome little motors...

      Great job.
