      LS2 misfire issues

      LS2 out of a 06 GTO, rough idle and no power at higher rpm. Checked spark with inline tester and all seem to have good spark to plug. Scanner says multiple misfire. Put fuel injector cleaner in gas tank. Still have issues. Misfire sometimes disappears then comes back. Injector issue? What should I try next? Thanks in advance.
