      Lower a-arm bushing removal

What is the best way to remove the lower a-arm inboard bushings (68 Camaro) as I have noticed it is not an easy job? Thanks, Brian

I use an air hammer with a chisel attachment. First I hit a couple spots around the inside of the arm then pry it out. Takes me about 45sec for each bushing.
I use to use a big hammer and a chisle. Hammer the bushing around the inside of the control arm then hit it frome the inside outwards. that took about 5 min a side.

Put a little PB blaster on there before you start either one of those and it will make it a little easier also.
