Better Exhaust?

Does Chevrolet make a less restrictive exhaust manifold? I recently installed mid length headers on my 69 Camaro and I’m not sure I like them because of the ground clearance I’m having. My car sits pretty low as it is and the pipes even lower now. I’m repacing the front springs with stock height lengths but with 2” drop spindles and new 2” lower leaf springs
