      Based on the part number provided, it's the ECU/throttle body only. You still need to upgrade the fuel system, if the carbureted fuel system is still in place, (line/pump/tank) to support it.

      yes the terminator like the sniper does not come with a fuel system. you have to select one from them or tanks inc. or any number of other manufacturers that make fuel systems . I have one on my Camaro and it works very well. I have had it since 2013 when they came out. This is one that I was gonna put on my sbc 1950 international pickup.
