      PSI alternator connection ?

I ordered my PSI harness with a 2 pin connector, but have ended up with a 4 pin alternator. I spliced in a 4 pin connector that I got from PSI, but it did not come with instructions and now have a power wire on the 4 pin that needs to be hooked up. I am not a wiring guru in any way and learn as I go, that being said...is this power lead supposed to be switched or constant? if constant, can I just connect it to the power lug on the alternator? (Powermaster alternator, if that matters?).

The (I)gnition terminal of the alternator should be connected to a switched 12v source. The (S)ense terminal should be connected to the main power distribution point which for a Camaro would be the fuse block or the horn relay.
