1969 Camaro with TCI Rear torque arm having issues installing DSE minitubs

[DX11]

I bought this car with the TCI suspension already on,

and And I bought DSE minitubs
but my metal guy is having troubles installing

I was told there is 2 different torque arms
one for mini tubs and other for not ,
If it’s not the minitub one what can I do? Does TCI sell a conversion? Thanks
