1962 Convertible Impala
Just ripped out the LS3 and adding a Wegner Motorsports 756hp Heart Beat.
went with the Heart Beat over the Whipple because Chevy and Magnuson just go together lmao Although it cost me about $1000 dollars more and 100 HP less. I still love it so far.
its almost done and soon after this I’m going to get Roadster Shop frame.
My stock frame is all global west suspension now and that was a serious upgrade but with this extra power I need to step it up a bit. Luckily I have a 61 Bubble top that I will shove this frame right under. Kinda takes the sting out of spending all
that cash on every part Global West makes lol.
reading now all the sub fourms trying to learn and get ideas from you that already been down these roads.

side note I want to add. I can not say enough good things about Casey at Wegner Motorsports. He held my hand thru the whole build and after he is still helping me with what fuel systems to run transmission TQ coverers ect ect.
I found them looking for a front runner and ended up buying this motor cuz he was so cool and helpful. I had no idea the level they were on as he talked to me like I was his number one customer. lol I was probably his smallest build of the year but theres no way I would of know. they way I see it if you can build motors for Nascar you can build my lil impala motor.
