      Dse Mini-tub

How much time does the dse mini-tub actually take to install (experienced fabricator) and what other parts are needed to complete the install (other than narrowed fuel tank) that are not included in the $1300 kit? thanks a bunch! p.s.... 1969 camaro

The mini-tub will take anywhere from 30-50 hours or so, depending on skilll level, and what tools are at your disposal. (i.e. hand tools, a grinder and a welder are going to make the job much more time consuming vs. air tools, a plasma cutter and a welder).

I'm pretty sure the kit includes everything but the fuel tank, and the tools.

No problem. The DVD does a good job of outlining the process, but it's not extremely detailed. One piece of advice I can offer up is-- if you don't make the cuts exactly following DSE's directions (using their templates), be prepared to make custom close-outs. Most people actually go this route, though, myself included; as it's pretty simple to make your own close-outs, rather than using the templates, and it actually makes the job quicker, in my opinion.
