68 camaro ls3 swap
Hey Guys! just installed a ls3 "gm proformance" with t56 and I'm having a starter issue I bought a ACDELCO 12617229 cause I wanted the wheather prove connector and factory heat shield but its hitting bell housing can a guy die grind the housing to get it to fit and will it work right?? Thanks!!!

Presumably you are using a 4th gen f-body bellhousing? I am using that starter with that bellhousing and I just took a Dremel tool with a 80 grit flapper wheel and made a little extra room by grinding at the starter pocket inside the bellhousing.
