I have made a brake calculator that you can use online if you're thinking about changing your brake setup. It will show you the change in brake performance in both percentage and actual brake torque in Nm (with a converter to Imperial added). It's easy to use, and please read EVERY word so you know what you're dealing with. I don't claim this calculation is 100% accurate because a lot of things, including subjective choices and inputs, affect brake calculations; it's a pure static calculation; don't account for the dynamics involved.
