      Tire Wear

Looking for some input/better understanding of why our tires are wearing this way (Notice center of tire feathering). First assumptions are maybe little bit too high tire pressure and/or understeer. Tire in picture was on RF of car but also had a little bit on the rear tires as well. Brand new before this last weekend, raced for two days (less than 25 runs), surface was smooth slick pavement with low 70s air temp.

It shouldn't happen anymore now that you have a heat cycle in them. A good heat cycle strengthens the molecular bond of the rubber.

Donny, the first set we did heat treat from tire rack and this didn't happen but this set we did not get heat treated. Thanks!
