LS2 Crank Position sensor P0335 no start

I'm getting a P0335 on my motor that i had running in the past, but no will not start. I did remove my harness and reconnect it when i brought the ECU inside the car. I'm wondering if something happened to the connector? I want to check the voltage which i read should be 5v for a 58x motor? Do I need to check in the key on position or during cranking? Right now no RPM's are registering in HPtuners. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

sounds like you didnt reconnect the plug to the crank sensor behind the starter.

Plug is connected that's why I now need to check the voltage at the connector.
