      Help identifying this manufacture

      Would like to know can this lower valance be purchase or have to be custom made?

      I'd say it's custom made, the Marquez design has in the intake and driving lights moved outwards, but this one has moved the lights to the outer extremities yet still maintains the factory bumper mounting holes also. just my opinion, any more info on the car?
