      Fender Braces?

      Wasn't an option for me previously as the hardware for the electronic reverse opening hood hardware was in the way... but now that I'm back to standard opening hood/hinges there are no obstructions between fender & radiator core support.

      Is there any reason why anyone would advise against running fender braces?

      If I understand properly the purpose is to lessen some of the stress on the radiator core support under hard acceleration/braking?
