tune question

I changed the heads on my ls1 to 243 head (ls6) intake & tbi cable drive (ls6) with ls2 MAF and I was told it had ls6 cam. Do i need to have my pcm retuned? the engine seems to be running rich and if i run it at idle it fils the plugs. if I run it down the road it clears up but it smell rich out the exhaust. thanks for any help.
