I'm about 15 years late to the pro-touring fad but I've finally decided to build a car that I thoroughly enjoy driving. Just picked up a 71 Camaro - matching numbers, a/c, auto with console. https://flic.kr/s/aHskJXv9M3
Before I can even get started I have to make room for the car by selling my GTO: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-Pontiac...m=182391445400

Don't have to sell it, just REALLY need the space if I'm going to start another project. Asides from typical a restoration, my plans for the Camaro include mini-tub since it's already rusty in the trunk/rear wheel wells, coilover's, and probably a rack and pinion steering system. Not planning on using the original 350 since I already have a block with all the machine work done and a new forged crank. I'm also interested in the FiTech efi system to go along with the sbc build. Already have a m-21 ready too so a 4-speed swap is also on my mind. Just want something that drives like a newer car with a/c that is comfortable to drive in the summer.

I've learned from past builds that it is best to join a specific forum prior to beginning for advice and what parts to choose/avoid. Thanks for the help in advance.
