FAB 9 rear leaf spring perch angle

Hi, i have FAB 9 rear and need to weld leaf spring perches to hook it up to my car, whats the correct angle to weld them on to the rear? I know the method how to but weld those but need to know the correct angle? some said 2-3 degrees and some 5-7degrees. Would like to get them right the first time

Is it ok to weld them so that i assemble the rear to my car with u-bolts and perches and lower the car to the ground, then lift the rear pinion with bottle jack to make the correct angle, tack weld the perches in place, lift the rear up and remove the rear, weld the perches firmly in place?
