      Post your Trailers....

Almost to the point of needing to purchase a trailer and trying to get something that I can use more than a few times a year.
Enclosed would be nice, very limited other uses and expensive.
Open car hauler will work...cheapest, again limited in use and no protection when hauling.
My crazy idea...dump trailer. Will get used the most, expensive and will have to fabricate removable sides/top for protection
      Main issue I see is deck height...highest at around 24+/- inches...making loading/unloading a rather low car...interesting.
Searched all over the web and I person claimed he used a DT...no evidence to back it up.
So....let see and hear what the PT crowd does to haul their rides.

I have a 20' enclosed trailer. When it is not in use it makes a great storage shed.

my 16 foot gatormade cost 1800 dollars from the factory had the ramps brakes and spare.

is like this. they cost more from dealers besides the factory so if you have a factory close its the way to go. I couldn't get a used one any cheaper. gatormade isn't the only place that does this so you may have another brands factory close to you and they sell factory direct look into that. the gatormade in ky is in somerset if your close to that. they also make a dovetail version of mine but its a little more money wise. that said ive never had a issue loading anything dragging. ive loaded some long and low cars on it. it has stake pockets on top is you want to put sides on it for using it like a dump trailer minus the dump.

24Ft Look enclosed... I've come to the conclusion that it wasn't intended for the heavy duty use we put it through, good for storage.

Bare bones 24' enclosed, also serves as a storage garage/shed when not in use. Was about 4 grand new picked up at factory.

18 ft car hauler, with a 2 foot dove tail. Also has the stake pockets if you need sides for some reason. I added a 9,000lb winch, a cover for it, a tongue box (single best thing I did for winch reliability was put the winch solenoids inside the box out of the weather), and I also added some step rails on the side at the front. (I have covered parking, and if I dont need to unload my race truck, I can stand on the steps to check the plugs before the next race)...
