Help with Brake Master Cylinder Selection

Hi, I have a 67 Dodge Dart which weighs around 3000 lbs with the following:

Front: 245/45 17 tires with Dodge Viper Calipers
Rear: 315/35 17 tires with Mustang Cobra Calipers

5-1 pedal ration.

Mopar 1.125" piston master cylinder (manual)

I would like to stick with a manual master cylinder if possible.

Can someone recommend what would give me good braking? Currently on test drives its scary!
