      You can get nice wheels for $2000 if your willing to do some work. I bought some used fikse 3 peice and rebarreled the rear to the proper offset. I did have to drive to AZ from SoCal to get em but they were half price and like new.
      HREs are very nice forged 3 peice wheels and fairly common. I've seen sets go as low $1000-1200 on various forums. They also have a 40 hole hoop which again is common and available around the web for like $125 a hoop.
      If you want a 1 piece you kinda SOL cuz your gonna have to order something custom. I looked at forgestar before I found my fikse's. Lead time was like 4-6 wks
      You didn't specify how your going to get a 9.5 or 10 in the front. If your using a corvette based front subframe you can run front wheels off a vette(OEM or aftermarket) since the offsets are similar.
      I've got an art Morrison front on my '69 Camaro with a non mini tub rear and schemed for months on how to get the most wheel for least money. The 3 peice rebarreled was the best way to go.
