Polycarbonate glass

Thinking about going polycarbonate side and rear glass in my car. Does anyone know what thickness I'll need to run? I think scca says 1/4 min but I'm not 100%. My dads buddy ran tinted polycarbonate in his old hot rod and scratching or yellowing wasn't a problem so I'm not really worried about that, just don't want it to bow or be flimsy. Should I glue in the back glass like normal or screw it down?
