Over revving 350 ramjet
My 350 ramjet is over revving once it's in an open loop mode. Also found when I pump the breaks it's rpms increase. Any ideas

Perhaps it's a low voltage issue when high voltage use items are engaged. I may have an electrical short or too small alternator. These are just a few of my ideas. Would love some feedback.
